With the alarming competition in the Banking industry and increasing awareness, the client realised the need for advertising. As the client was taking up advertising seriously for the first time, a need to check its current standing was the need of the hour.
 
Brand Capita's Offering
We designed three different modules namely, Customer, Employee and Manager for better understanding of the different mindsets, problems, requirements, customer – bank relations, advertising preferences, media preferences and so on. We traveled across the state in areas where the bank has its presence and studied each branch as a specific case. The tools used for the survey were questionnaires and focus group sessions. After the survey we analysed   the findings and boiled down to certain results which could be used for the marketing, advertising, promotion and the CRM purposes of the bank.
